Staff was wonderful. Support groups very good. Only met Dr. Ferzli once for a short time. But from what I heard and read about him I feel very confident in him. This program does emphasize aftercare. Future patients should try to gather as much information as possible.

Dr. Ferzli is very professional and concerned. He is an excellent surgeon. I like the amount of testing he does and how thorough it is. The team is extremely helpful. And the support groups help you understand the before surgery. And people post surgery attend too so that you find out more than you knew before you walked in the door.

The nutritionist is great. She is very easy to understand. The psychologist and the support groups are very helpful. They teach a lot of coping skills.

This office has shown nothing but kindness, knowledge, and support. It's really a team effort. You are given both individual time and group support. It's very comforting.

My first impression of Dr. Ferzli was that he seems and is a very knowledgable and experienced surgeon. He explains the process and procedures very well as well as informing his patients about the risks and potential success. What I think patients should know is that the process is not always fast. But after being overweight for so long, it will fly by.
The program strongly encourages aftercare which is one of the most important aspects of this WLS journey.
The nutritionists were extremely helpful in answering questions we had. The support groups were also enjoyable because it was encouraging to meet other people going through the process as well as post-op patients to answer questions from the view of someone who experienced it.
