But the second time I came to Dr. Ferzli he informed me and reassured me about the procedure. He was extremely helpful and gave me a sense of trust that I needed to continue and complete the process. The nutritionist, psychologist, also reassured me with the steps and changes I needed to do. And for the office staff, I believe they were the most helpful. I would call several times and they would call back to inform me of any missing paperwork and clearances needed. Must say some of the nicest staff to meet.
