Lightweight Heaven!
Nov 02, 2010
It has been over seven months since I had RNY surgery and I am finally starting to accept my new body. I have met both of my initial goals:
#1) Lose 50 pounds
#2) Fit back into my wedding dress
#3) I can't post it until I am there. I am superstitious that way...so stay tuned.
To date I have lost over 62 pounds. I seem to fluctuate between 146 and 150 for some reason. I want to stop going up and down, but this is the first time that this has happened, so I am going to be patient. I am so thankful for this support website. It has answered a number of questions and has calmed my anxiety time and time again.
I know that 62 pounds doesn't seem like much compared to some other folks, but I started this journey as a lightweight. I have a history of mobility and metabolic issues, the pounds that I have lost have given me a quality of life that I never thought I would have. I am thankfl everyday for the tool that I have been given and I promise myself daily that I won't waste the blessing.
How do I add a weight tracker to my profile?
Apr 14, 2010
Can anyone tell me where to go to add the weight tracker to my profile? I want to share in my journey, but I don't know where that application is at. Also, how often should I weigh myself? I am under three weeks post-op and I find that I am always stressed about weighing myself. I think that it is the fear that this won't work.
