Well the waiting is over and I have a new pouch.....I have had my sister on my mind the last 5 days. I am really happy she is going to have it done.I told her I had a lot of pain right afrter surgery but today there is none.Just a little soreness. I am looking forward to my future. Hey at 52 theres a big rush to do things I have always wanted to do.

I am feeling kinda anxious and a little scared.
My sister and my mom have the prayers going and only the good die young so I should live to be 105.
My husband is scared to just afraid to tell me.LOL
The very thought of being healthy brings a smile to my face.I can't wait till this red light turns green a I get off to a running start.LOL ;) A couple of years ago I thought I had nothing to look forward to but now I am going to live each day to its fullest. Excercise, water & Love = HEALTHY & HAPPY ME :)

Today is monday 1/08/07 I have 2 days left till surgery. I am almost at the fork in the road.
I am feeling kinda down and up, just a whirlwind of feelings are going on. I have waited for 1 year to be here and it feels great. I am going to be healthier than I have ever been. I promised myself that once the surgery is done there is no going back to bad habits......I have learned alot about myself on this journey. You can't lie to yourself. I really didn't think I was "that" big... LOL...didnt think i ate "that" much, but I did get this big always dieting, always going back to bad habits.
This is a wonderful second chance.I will always remember WATER< WATER< WATER.
Exercise...Exercise...Exercise...
Well got to go get my blood work done....
and have to get my meds for tomorrow..
Lools like a day in the potty...LOL
