The weight is just dropping away! Would I do this again? You bet!

So one day I was busy and figured I would skip these nutrients. Then it happened again. Then it happened two days in a row and so on....
THEN I REALIZED THERE IS A HUGE AMOUNT OF HAIR IN MY BRUSH AND WHEN I BATHE, A LOT OF HAIR IS COMING OUT AND GEE...IM FINDING MY HAIR EVERYWHERE!!!!
It is of utmost importance to take Protein and Vitamins DAILY and to never skip.

I find I can't eat steak or chicken no matter how much I chew and chew and chew...30+ times. It still gets stuck in my esophagus. I talked to some other people who had this surgery years ago, and they had the same problem for at least a year. Oh well, guess I need to eat more beans, fish, and cheese for my protein.

I've had a lot of opportunities to eat out with family and friends and something fabulous is happening...they are eating less. My eating so little (1/2C) and so slowly, (bite/5min.), is getting them to think about they way they eat. This is SO COOL!

It's so nice to be back at work, but boy, I was tired at the end of the day. Just weighed in at TOPS and went home.
19-AUGUST-2008 GET TO HAVE REAL FOOD NOW!
The food does need to be chewed 30 times and be of a softer type. Had a scrambled egg...yummy.

Today I saw the PA and all is going so well, I'm going back to work on the 20th. She said I can start going in the pool. I didn't tell her I had already started a few days ago.
She reminded me to slow down when eating. No more than one bite every 5 minutes.
Carnation Instant Breakfast/No Added Sugar is great warmed up for breakfast, instead of coffee.

Well, I weighed in at my TOPS meeting again and I'm down 5 more pounds. YIPPEE!
I've been getting out and about a bit and been to the movies. I'm thinking I may just go in that swimming pool, anyway.

30-JULY-2008 HIT A PLATEAU
I weighed in at my TOPS meeting and my weight did not change. I guess I dropped so much weight in such a short time, that my body decided to plateau.
29-JUL-2008 I get to eat soft/pureed food! Yea!
Still walking and now ride the stationery bike, too. Only need Tylenol liquid for pain these days.
