Newbie needs help...

I have a BMI of 42.5. I think I want the DS. I have been researching WLS for years but I don't know if I'm too small for DS. I currently weigh 240 @ 5'3. I am concerned about malnutrition, but I also don't want to worry about regaining years from now or needing a revision.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
