Hello, I'm new to this (please bear with me!)
I'm seriously looking at having the DS surgery but am really scared. I'm planning to go see my doctor this week & see what will happen.
I'm also worried about what people are going to say about me - if I go through this (I know that I shouldn't but..) I've been overweigt all my life going up & down (been teased as a child..), last year at this time, I was down aprox 75 pounds - yes, I was wearing a size 10-12 & now I'm in a 18-20. I'm really "frustated & angry" with myself and realize that I have a problem & I have to do something about it, not only for myself but for my daughter (I'm a single mom - recently separated).
I know that I'm an emotianal eater & I have trouble controlling it - I feel that this is the best solution for me.
Anyways my adventure begin!!!
