I am only about 20 pounds away from my goal and my plan to stay motivated is to keep doing Fitbit adventures and challenging myself to do more and more walking/exercise daily. I also plan to work in some strength training in the next few weeks.

I have been working on this process with BWH Faulkner Hospital since November 30th 2015.  I was originally scheduled to have my surgery on march 8th, but my insurance company denied my claim because they had no proof that I had been smoke free at least
