Grinnell Regional

"The nurses all work 12 hour shifts. This is good for patient care in the fact that the same 2 people care for you, but bad in the fact that you can tell when they are nearing the end of their shift and getting very tired. The night shift wasn't as quick to answer my call light, but they were a very very nice group of people."

Todd Eibes

"It takes about a month to get in for a consult with Dr. Eibes, so plan ahead! :) He was friendly, not rushed, and explained everything. Even drew pictures. I was denied by my insurance company the first time, for being 10 pounds too light. That's a first. Dr. Eibes wrote an appeal letter the same day and faxed it in. They approved me within 24 hours. I haven't dealt with him as a surgeon yet, but his office demeanor was pleasant."
