RNY - Surgery date November 12th - WooHoo!!!!

Hello....I am new to this site. Although I have been reading the Ontario blogs for a week or so, this is my first post. My surgery date is November 12, 2010 for an RNY. I am so excited!!!!
My surgery will take place in Ottawa. I start my Optifast on October 22nd. I take it for 3 weeks before the surgery. I would love to hear from you with any tips you may have that will help make this process a positive one.
