1 yr ago today I changed my life. I don't even know who that person was back then. I have lost 120 pounds. I went from wearing size 20 woments to a 7 jrs clothes. I am in the best health I ever been in. I am off all medications except my allergy pill and my gastric bypass suppliments. I exercise 5 days a week, and eat like I am suppose to.
