Just a quick update. . .
Weight is slowly coming down. Well, in fact, it is very slowly coming down. I am coming up to my 1 year anniversary in a few months, and would of liked to have lost all my weight. . . but be patient! It is a whole lot better not having to carry around 2 1/2 sacks of flour!

hi, Not much new news...so will be brief. I have been going up and down for about 4 months now. It is a bummer. I have been unable to do any walking as I am going through major problems with my ankles (collapsed!) hope to get orthodics or surgery soon.

Well, things are going very slowly now, but now I've seen a loss of inches more than loss of lbs. Feels great to be able to get the seatbelt around without cutting off the circulation. Of course, I can no longer steer with my stomach!

...Hey, this works! I am down 2 sizes in shirts and slowly entering into the 3rd size down. Its great to be able to buy clothes at "normal" stores instead of Big and Tall....now what to do with all my "extra big" clothes....

Oh, yea! Forgot to tell you this....
I am down from 7 meds to 3 meds. WLS has helped me eliminate 3 diabetic meds, and 1 asthma meds, + I am down on mgs. of the meds I am on!!! This alone is a God send!!!
