I went back to work on Friday & am doin really good...I am down 36lbs. and it feels great...I can wear most of my clothes I couldn't before surgery. I have made a few goals & hopefully the 1st one will happen on Christmas I would like to be 199 by then. That is only 13 lbs so maybe I can do it! just keepin everyone posted!

4 days out of surgery

Feeling pretty good not having much pain...was just ready to come home...came home yesterday & it was nice. They say each day usually gets better I will see & will keep everyone posted!

2 weeks before surgery

I have been doing my liquid diet since the 18th...so I started alil early. I think I have done really well with sticking to it had a few days that I cheated alil...but today starts the real thing & I have lost 5lbs & only have 2 weeks & it will be here!
