My surgery is finally scheduled....Feb 17!! I am excited, scared, nervous....all in one. I have been trying to set some goals, and cut back on what I eat, eating out, etc....I have the hardest time with willpower and discipline. My husband and 5 kids dont make it real easy, they are trying to though. My husband loves to eat out and snack! I know this is going ot be a long road.
