Update for post op! 6wks

Havent been on in a while! It's been pretty hard, but I'm learning something new everyday! Even when it comes to vitamins and how much water I can have! At the moment my stomach is giving me problems. I do not know what I did, but it is hurting me today! Probably ate something wrong or too fast! I wanted to let everyone know that I have lost 50 lbs so far! We joined the gym today also! YAY!

Tomorrow I'm going to get my surgery date! I'm excited and scared all at the same time!Finally!Now I have got to quit smoking for sure, for sure!MAY 26th is the day! I'm finally there.Next week.OMG!

Got things done this week

Got my EDG(EGD) and ultrasound done, they asked for this other test where I eat oatmeal and drink a glass of water! ?
Not sure what that test was for.....but I got it done too! So all the insurance things are covered and doctors orders are done. Now just a surgery date! Waiting on that.....

Quitting smoking before surgery

This is the hardest part of it all.....I hope I can get myself together and quit before the surgery! All I have heard is bad things when it comes to smoking and this surgery! I meet my nutritionist for the last time on the 11th of May. And we will see what happens after that. I'm also having surgery on my ear in a few weeks. Going to get my EGD and U/S of gallbladder the 10th.

I find myself taking pictures of only my head these days! I cant wait for surgery, but then again I can. You know? I can wait for the hurting part, but the reward of having loss of weight! Ahhhhhh, I cant wait!
