8/2/06- I have started the six month mandatory diet required by insurance. My insurance is BCBS (my husband works at Wise Alloys in Muscle Shoals) if anyone has any experience with them I would like to hear. I have been researching WLS for about four years and was actually approved for surgery prior to the new requirements and decided to try again on my own "just one more time." Of course, that failed and I gained even more. I have recently had a friend have the surgery who has done very well and looks wonderful! Beginning weight 255; BMI 45.2.
