WOW! Happy New year everyone! This truely has been one year to remember for me. Today is my One year Anniversary of having an Open RNY. As of today I have lost 124 lbs. Gone from 290 lbs to 166 lbs. A size 26W to a size 10 jean, and a 3 to 4X to a large top. I have also gone from a shy person that hardly went out of her house to a very confident mom who goes out everyday running errands and working out 3 to 4 times a week. I am participating in life and loving myself in it. I am looking forward to an active, healthier life now. Thank you Cinda G for the Happy Anniversary wish it means a lot. And to all the AMOS family Thanks for being there whenever needed. You all are the best. And Then most of all to my Best Friend Sally W whom I met here at Obesity help. You are my strength,encourager, my shoulder to lean on, my inspiration to be a success. You have helped me more than any words could express. Thank you for everything and especially for being my Best Friend. I love ya(((HUGS)))

I just wanted to thank those who said a prayer for me yesterday and tell them that I had a very calming day yesterday evening with my family and I am ready for this last surgery in the WLS journey. So thanks again, Sherry Adkins, Tina Parker, Cindy Quinton, Vicki Farley, Vickie Linke, and Tricia Peterson for your special prayers and well wishes you gave me on my surgery page it has helped a great deal.
