well oh im back and a little disappointed because im at stall and i really want tis so bad i hate stalls my biggest fear about this surgery was that it would be a failuer it seems so amazing that weight just falls off in the beginning now that it's slowing down i get scared i feel i eat more now that im almost ten months out but ithers seem to think that i still eat small amounts i try to keep good thoughts and keep track of the things i eat my goal ia to be at 170 or less if it's possible i know i done go to the gym like i should but im going to get back on track this was the biggest positive thing i did in my life im pleased with the choice i made and the doctor i chose god bless.
