"I don't know a whole lot about her. I haven't met her yet. I'm really excited, but kind of nervous, I'll start updating after I meet her on July 23rd.rnrn--update--rnrnDr. Rashid was very informative and quite friendly. She went over pertinent information about the surgery and the specific, lifelong changes I would have to make post-op. She also asked me what my goals were. Then she asked me why I wanted the RNY as opposed to the Lap Band. I liked that she expected me to really think about my decision; she cared about whether or not I was properly educated about my options. She also showed me where my incisions would be at. She wasn't warm and fuzzy, but I don't have any major complaints. I do wish we could have talked a little longer, but that was more my fault than hers."
