"The one thing I felt about O'Brien is that he wanted me to be well informed and successfull. I am not experiencing the feeling that I am not important anymore to him. I drive 2 hours each way for a fill. There is no follow through from his team dietart or otherwise. Yes, I get appointments but they really do not listen let alone return your phone calls. The office staff always seem \"busy\" and you need to be patient. It was a struggle to know how the process was going. I had to call all the time to keep them working on my case. After the surgery, the hospital was horrible!!!!!! They were not prepared for my medications and made things difficult for me on the way home. They were suppose to fill my meds before I left and they couldn't do that either. I take meds for my OCD and they didn't give it to me. It took 2 months to get things back to theraputic level. That made a big difference on how I felt when I got home. I am actually going to change doctors for follow through. He is a good surgeon but that is about it. If he could continue how he treats a patient after the way he did before, I would still be with him."
