"First impressions are lasting, my mother always told me. Surely, upon meeting the first person of this wonderful team, DONNA, I felt I made the right choice in Health Care Professionals. Prior to making an appointment, I went to a few 'group sessions' in an effort to check out this crew. I was made welcome by a few 'out' patients, and a guy named TONY, who was informative and REAL! I immediately scheduled my appointment, and was eager to meet the 'man' behind this wonderful team. Upon my initial visit with Doctor Cahill, it was all about business. He was straight forward, answered all my questions, and the few I had were already made clear through his concern and proper attention to my health records. The pre-op testing was explained, and no matter how much I wanted and NEEDED to know, DR. CAHILL was smooth, comfortable and very competent, professional in his responses. As a current PhD professional myself, it it means a great deal to be cared for by a Doctor, especially a SURGEON, who knows his business... seeing that WLS is not a 'guessing game'. What I enjoy best is that I am given space, pre-op, to read, think things threw, and not 'bugged' about a thing. My approval was quick and easy... and my pre-op testing and screening and scheduling was no-nonsence. I am thankful for the crew I was referred to by my PCF, as he is also a great Doctor, himself. I look forward to the new life ahead of me, and what a great way to start it off... with a wonderful team to guide me to it all!"
