Well, away we go! My name is Scott and have fought obesity most of my life. I was overweight in middle school, high school, got worse attending college and growing into my late thirties. I have been such an addict to food year after year I've literally have taken years of life away from myself. I'm 50 years old now, my heaviest was 340 lbs and have been averaging 315 lbs. I have tried many diet programs and lost 20-50 lbs and always gain the weight back. I work as a Crime Lab Technician and have noticed something doing my job. When I have to go to the Medical Examiner’s Office, there are many deceased people mostly elderly, and the other third of which are obese people mostly my age category 45-60. This was my warning notice so I had to change.
