Well, I'm down to 199.4 as of this morning..yippee! although I had a carb-relapse last week, I re-started myself last Tuesday and have lost 3 lbs since then. I even made it the whole weekend without carbs! I have been drinking a ton of water and crystal light, so feeling a lot better after the sugar withdrawls.

As of this morning, the scale is at 207. I'm feeling good, not having any cravings really just more mental wanting foods. I have serious sinus congestion and really can't taste much anyway. I'm doing good on low carb and will continue. Seeing the doc on Friday!

I have really committed myself to a low carb lifestyle and so far have lost 10 lbs. I go back to the doc on the 20th, so I hope to have lost quite a bit more by then. I have to say, that I have finally lost the cravings and thoughts. Yes, it's still hard to want that candy and chips, but I have not eaten any bad carbs so far. I discovered IHOP has a sugar-free syup and it's sooo good, only 2 carbs in 1/4 cup.

March 15, 2012 - Well, I am at 220 lbs and recently saw Dr. aranow who has "re-taught" me how to eat again. You would think that having this band in me for 6 years would have taught me how to eat, but no. I have started low-carbing again and it's hard. I have to go back in 4 weeks, so I am buckling down and doing what I should be doing. No more cookies for me! :)

Well, i've just been eating crap for the past 3 years, so I am now ready to start losing again. I'm currently at 213 lbs but my goal is 150. I started low carbing today...
