One month Post-op

I just noticed its been a while since I gave you all an update on how Ive been! Well lately I have been feeling better but the last week was not so great. I was bleeding from my rectum for about a week and ended up in the hospital on monday because I started having cramping pains in my upper stomach. After an entire day in the ER they still have no idea and just threw vicodin at me. Thanks? Now I have to go get a colonoscopy tomorrow to see if they can find where the bleeding was seeing as how it was not a hemroid. Fun right?! Other than that incident, I feel great! I am down 26 lbs now and I can really feel the difference in my body. I havent even had a fill yet or been able to go back to the gym! I cant wait till I can get in there and really start to get to it. I have two months left to get off some weight before I go on vacation to New Orleans. I would prefer to leave at least some of my "extra baggage" at home

3 days post op!

Hello all!! I am now 3 days post op and am feeling okay today. I have been having a lot of pain lately because i found out that i am allergic to the meds that they give you to take at home. When I took it my skin would be all itchy and my chest would tighten, I am only taking tylenol jr melt aways. which is nothing compared to the stuff at the hospital. I never imagined it would be this hard to get all my liquids down. But I am trying! Just wanted to give everyone an update! Hope everyone is well

I have a surgery date that is only 9 days away! I can not wait to begin this new step and see where it takes me. I am extremely excited, nervous, scared, and ready for it to happen. Honestly feels like time is going by as slow as it possibly can. The past few months seemed like a dream to me and now it hit me like a brick wall that this is actually happening! But wouldn't change this decision for anything.......I'm taking my life back.
