Today has been a pretty good day...

I went to the doctor this morning for my checkup from my 2nd adjustment. I had lost seven (7) pounds since my adjustment which brings my total weight loss down to 39 pounds. I feel pretty good about that. I go for another adjustment on June 1st so we will see how it goes.
