Angel Update! Val, your Hubby just called and you are sleeping comfortably in your room - doing fine! Thank You God, for a safe and smooth procedure and now please be with Val as she rests peacefully & her begins the healing process. Please watch over each stitch, staple, and cell and bring about her swift and complete recovery! I also ask you for excellent pain management, please, Lord... Amen. I am so happy for you, Val; welcome to the losin' side! All you have to do is rest, do your deep breathing & coughing, and walk as often as you can... Double check on what your nurses bring you - that it's right - and try to keep your compression leggings (you know - those THINGS) on! ; ) I know you're gonna be feeling really dry until after tomorrow's leak test, but I'm praying time will go fast for you today! Well it is finally, here; today is the last day of your countdown! Congtrats to you, Lady! Was wonderful to see you yesterday & pray together. Thanks for being my Angel, too, Val! God BLESS you & give u Grace to peacefully glide through the rest of the prep details, the liquid diet the rest of today, and your recovery and liquid diet in the weeks ahead. God Bless u with several hours of sound, sweet sleep tonight and give u His peace as you go through prep at the hosp. tomorrow!
