"I don't even know where to start in expressing my satisfaction with Dr. Kasden, his staff and his work.
Consultations: Dr. Kasden explains everything about your surgery in great detail and really tries to make sure you understand everything you need to. He also does everything he can to make you feel very comfortable. He listens well and makes you feel that you have been heard and understood about what you are expecting while making sure you have realistic expectations. Appointments are very easy to get usually when you need them.
Staff: Dr. Kasden's staff is really friendly, helpful and informative. They really care about you and your comfort. I came in for one of my post-op appointments having a good deal of nerve pain (something, by the way, that is just one of those possibilities that has nothing to do with Dr. Kasden's abilities). Dayle did everything she could to make me comfortable and put me at ease until the doctor arrived, and I really appreciate it. By the way, Dr. Kasden was able to give me a shot that immediately eliminated the pain.
Preparation: As part of the consultation process, Dr. Kasden was very descriptive and thorough in preparing me for the level of pain and discomfort I could expect. For the record, I was having a complete 360 body lift, a very intense and involved procedure. He did not want me to have any surprises, and I appreciate that. Fortunately (and unusually), I did not ultimately experience the level of pain I expected (lucky, I guess), but I was adequately prepared.
Results (the most important part): I couldn't be happier with the results. I am still healing and recovering and I still have a bit of swelling, but I am already pleased and can tell that I'm going to be even happier the more I heal. Even though it's a long recovery (for my procedure), there is actually a good bit of instant gratification....I have a flat tummy!!!
Hospital - Dr. Kasden works in a couple of hospitals, but the one I went to (basically across the street from the doctor's office) was Harris Methodist Southlake. I can't say enough nice things about it....great hospital and staff!
Post-op - My follow-up care has been great and has really put me at ease. During the recovery period, a lot of questions and concerns come to you that you either didn't think about before or didn't know to think about, and Dr. Kasden and his staff addresses them all very well."
