Hello,  I'm starting the process all over again to get approved for the surgry.  I went through it in 2005/2006.  The doctors approved me, but the health insurance did not.  So far I have attended two seminars.  One for each local hospital, Lancaster and Reading.  I am choosing to go ahead with the Reading hospital.  I have an appointment Friday, October 2, 2009, with my family doctor to start documenting my 6 month diet requirement for my insurance.
