I weighed in yesterday like every Tuesday, and I am finally under 200 lbs. Wooooo Hooooo!! I can't rember the last time I was under 200 lbs.

Liquid diet here I come!!

I am starting my 10 day liquid diet tomorrow and was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to make it go a little easier. I have to do 4 protein shakes a day and all the broth and crystal light I want. HELP!!!

I have finally been approved and my surgury date is MARCH 3.. I am sooo excited I can't wait to start this journay. It has been a long 7 months going to all the doctor appointments. But it is all going to pay off. I start my clear liguid diet on Friday , and I am not looking forward to that but that is ok. If anyone has any advise as to thing to do and not to do pre op and post op please let me know. Thanks All!!!!
