"My first impression of Dr. Averbach was that he is professional and listens to patient well.Very serious but as time goes on he cracks little jokes.The office staff is great no matter how often you call ,they are willing to help anyway possible.I liked least that he couldn't provide much insight to other illness in refferance to WLS.So you must see your regular doctor as soon as possible also.The aftercare program is good.Overall I would give him a nine.Both were great surgical competence and bedside manner."
