Had my surgery on Oct 29, 2007 (lapband) .... This was a easy choice for me. I need to do something caught myself not enjoying the little things in life.. like shoping with my daughter and husband going on trips and out to dinner.. I really would stress out about the little things but now things have gotten so much better I have a long way to go but I know I didn't put this on over night it's not coming off over night .. everyone here has really inspired me to go forward with support and words that I know come from the heart .. will write more soon ....
