Today  was a adjustment day to getting smaller
I look in a mirror and really seen how I look in my old pants, they are hang on to the rear end lumps. I was surpise to have a co-worker stated to me was I lossing weight, then it really don on me I'm losing weight.
I has to drink a liquid that would make a old person gag, but it needed to see what you are drinking and how its going down.
but I will tell you this, when the test is over don't stope any where go straight home if you can make it. Because you will be going to the bathroom and staying for a little bit. Now the shinking begin.
