first day ...no, the REAL first day!

Ok, i know everyone starts with the first day being surgery day or the day after or something like that... well my first day begins today. I got the band filled for the first time. I got 4cc's and thought that i would have the "full sensation immediately. NOPE! Well, i think thats because i was starving when i went in and knowing i had 3-4 sips of barium for them to see it under the xray was not keeping me from feeling mental hunger!
But i am better now that i am back at work and have finished a slimfast shake and then later had stage 2 gerber turkey baby food with some pretzels.
I will have soup for dinner later so i hope that goes well. So far, no problems. they said to give it a day and i will.... i will give it till monday and see how it goes... its only friday now...i should have a real sense by then. Only down side.... the jazz and rib fest started today! UGH! pray for me to be strong!
