I now live in Malvern Ohio.I moved here from Mesa Az.(how i do miss Az.) I tried to have the surgery in Az. for about 4 years.But I ended up in an Insurance shuffle(wow was that ever a mess) I met with 3 different surgeons ,attended 3 different seminars,had all required test done about 3 times some even 4.had 2 physc. evals . I believe my PCP in Az. didn't try hard enough,and i believe he wasn't really for the surgery nor was he eduacted on it.
Now I'm here in Malvern Ohio ,trying once again for the surgery. This time I really feel good about it. One thing I have learned about the whole Az. process is if you don't fight for your surgery neither will the insurance company.
Also; 1 piece of advice is NEVER except the word Denied if this is what you really need and really want......
