"If you need to have a protein supplement after surgery, go with the Isopure fruit juice drinks. A little pricey but they go down very easy, have 40 grams of protein per bottle, and don't taste half bad. Forget the powder and shakes, they may sound good but I found very hard to get used to especially when only sipping them."
