I would like to thank everyone for their support and prayers. However my surgery has been put on hold for the time being. Apparently my surgeon failed to tell me that she herself does not accept my insurance causing them to deny my claim. I have since found another surgeon who will be re-submitting my claim and hopefully everything will be approved. If not I will then put up a fight and appeal their decision.  They don't know this surgery for me is very important and personal because 15 years ago (while trying to seek help for my husband) I lost him in his sleep due to (as the coroner stated on his death certificate) morbid obesity. Since the age of 15 I've been overweight (but active) and  have tried every diet and diet centers around only lose and  gain it back and then some. Now that I am older and not so active and  at my heaviest I've ever been and tire easily along with shorthness of breath and hypertension I told myself,  my  daughters and my doctor that I need this surgery more than anything. Because  not only do I want this for me and to become healthy  and have a chance at starting over again but I would like to be able to roll around on the floor and enjoy my granddaughters. So keep your fingers cross and I will keep you posted as to what's going on.
