Drinking during meals - My question after ur 2 yrs out . Is it ok to drink water with meals. If no why not??

Finally Back - It has been along time since ive posted anything , I had my surgery this May the 4th will be 2 yrs. I have lost 245 lbs I feel great , I THANK THE GOOD LORD for all his blessings ...
