I did not want to be the whistle blower.  Just new to the group. 2001 at 416 pds ds in NY, maintained 200 pounds for 8 years, 2 years gained 50. now at 256poulds. 2 months ago reached out to Dr Gagner. Applied for the surgery through my primary care dr. Dr Gagner does not have a staff yet. But I did all the paperwork and coordinated all the insueance and have the approval from the Internationals portion of my Anthem bc bs . They have been wonderful, and Dr Gagner has been very responsive. I believe I am one of his first in Canada.. Just call me "Mary"   I am a Canadian Virgin  Revision on July 5th.. Just did not want this to get out of hand. He looked at my films and said I was definatly a canidate for revision.. I prayed and believe this is ment to be. I am also the plastic surgery queen. full body life, arms and breasts. Yes I will have my legs done at some point. when I get to 140pounds .. Any question I will be glad to answer. I have been my own advocate through the whole process. sometimes they get annoyed with me because I get too involved. But have never had a problem so far with getting procedures covered by my insurance.. I paid 7,000 for my arms.. but that is all I ever paid out of pocket.

Maintained for 8 years and then went on a religious fast and from then on I put on weight.
Lowest I was with alot of exercise was 189.. personal training 5 days a week. for about 9 months
