I had the RNY 4 years ago. I lost 40lbs initially (well over about 9 months). After that the weight slowly started coming back on. Turns out I have a inlarged stoma and a small pouch. I'm looking for revision. I would prefer the DS, but noone around me does it.
So I may have to go for just a revision of what I have.
