Well, surgery is Friday, just two more days. I have lost a lot of weight while on my liquid diet. I did just cheat though and had a small plate of Pad Thai since I won't be able to eat that again for a very long time. I kind offeel guilty about it now but not to bad. I haven't cheated a single time up until now. I have been taking in anywhere from 100-140 grams of protien a day.

Well, here is the first post on this new blog. I found this place by accident and I am glad I did. I have surgery on the 12th and Im ready. I've been on my full liquid high protien diet since the 20th. What a pain in the ass, but it's a necessary evil and I have ,lost a little over 20 lbs so far. I am sure I will be posting a lot in the upcoming days, but for now this will do.
