I can't be the only one....

Jun 04, 2007

who is confused with life. But i feel like the only one.
My weight and health is fantastic. I still worry about regaining though. It'll be 5 years in Sept for me and i've been told that alot of people regain. The last year has been weird.......I had to change eating habits again......i lost around 40lbs and don't wanna loose anymore but i'm afraid to eat. It's  kind  of a catch 22 situation.

I know this sounds like a broken record but it's true...... surgery won't make a bad relationship good or a good relationship bad. I know some people will say that you don't change after surgery but I disagree. I think you do. Not for the worse.....just change. And sometimes other people have issues with that. It kinda feels like you get to relive parts of your life and it's pretty cool. Be sure of the choices you make though.....it's easy to get caught up in the moment..that's for sure.

I've made some really good friends from here and it's nice to have someone to talk to that understands and is just there for you. I get so tired of family members telling me that some of the things I do is weird. Although they do have a point sometime :-) just not in this case

what now?

when you get to this point aren't you supposed to feel "normal"
I want something different..
.I just don't know what yet.
Or maybe I do and don't want to admit it.

In the begining....

I was a averaged sized baby, child, teen. I know that now but not then. I was always being told that I needed to excercise more, eat the "right" kind of food, wear only DARK colors (they make you look thinner did'nt ya know) absolutely NO ruffles, lace frilly kind of things (those make you look fat didn't ya know that either?) I was raised by my Granny and she did what she thought was best at the time I guess. I got married at 17 had a son when I was 19 (gained 75 lbs) had a daughter when I was 20 (gained 23lbs)  got a divorce when I was 21. I weighed around 140 lbs. Still always told I was "chunky", "heavy" "plump" you get the drill. I gained and lost so much weight it was ridiculous. I did the weight watchers, jenny craig, diet pills (all of them). I re married when I was 26 and I weighed 200lbs.
