"i could tell Dr. Thayer was a nice man right from the beginning. the staff in the office is incredible! they are all extremely nice! i liked his sense of humor and the fact that he's funny, it helped me relax. they should know that he is on their side and will do what ever possible to make their journey run smoothly. he emphasizes aftercare strongly and the aftercare program is structured. the entire staff works with you very closely. i like that a lot. he addresses the risks of surgery with seriousness but at the same time he makes it clear that there is nothing to be afraid of. overall, i would say he's excellent! i believe both his competence and bedside manner are great!! "
