I am having trouble with nausea after I eat or drink. I'm not losing much weight cuz I'm not eatting much due to the problem. I have been taking Zofran but it doesn't work well at all. My doc is gonna put me on something else....I'm praying it works.

I'm doing pretty good. I have lost 24 lbs so far and I can have some soft foods now. I can finally drive.

I am doing well now. I was released from the hospital Sunday but I ended up right back in on Tuesday cuz I was dehydrated. I was also having trouble with my meds or lack of. I think thats all behind me now. I think about food now more than I ever did before. I know I can't have and I wouldn't try but I can't believe how much I miss it. Maybe its because I have been on liquids for so long with all the canceled dates. Hope it will go away soon.

Well, after being denied by one insurance, my second one approved. So far everything is on for tomorrow. I can't wait to get the surgery part over, then I know they can't cancel on me. LOL  

My isnsurance is taking it's sweet time. My date for May11th was cancelled. It's very dreppressing. The dr said to stop the liquid diet and sart it again later. It's not that easy.  

This is the way my life goes. I received a phone call yesterday stating that my insurnce hasn't been approved yet. I carry 2 and one did approve but they need to know one way or the other from my other insurance first. So my surgery has been cancelled for this Monday the 4th and could be May 11th pending on insurance. I don't know if I want to scream or cry.

I got a phone call today and my surgery has been moved up to Monday, May 4th. I go for pre-op testing in the morning. I'm ready to jump in with both feet.

I saw my surgeon for the first time today and my surgery date is May 8th. I went in there today thinking it would be a few months down the road. Wow I was wrong. I'm happy to be getting it done. I'm ready, I have been in the program since August of 08.
