Hello everyone! My name is Tiffany and I am a 28 year old wife and mother of twin boys! I have struggled with my weight all my life and have tried every deit under the sun! In 2004 I joined Weight watchers and lost 130lbs in a year. I keep that weight off until may of 2006 when I found out I was pregnant with my boys
! I gained 80lbs during my pregnacy and after I had them I lost about 60lbs but slowly gained all of it back plus about 40lbs
! My weight has caused me to be put back on all my Blood pressure meds! My pcp has even added two and increased the dosage on one! I started reserching WLS when I thought of how my weight issues could one day cause my children to lose me! My mother and Father were both overweight! My Mother was murdered when I was 17 in front of me and she also dealt with high blood pressure and Thyroid issues. My Father had high blood pressure,cancer, and was a Diabetic he died in 2002 of a stroke! So, the thought of my children having to grow up with out me frightened! My husband is also overweight and I want him to get healthy with me so that we can both have a long prosperous life together! I was approved by my insurance on 12-17-09 after being turned down my first time for lack of info! Im currently waiting on my surgeon's office to call me with my date! I have to go next week to pay my deductable so, I hope that is soon because my husband and i are buying a house and hopefully we will be closing on it pretty soon
! I would like to have my surgery before we move so that it will be less stressful for myself and my family! Well as soon as I get my date I will post it!
