Hi Denise, how are you? So glad surgery went well for you! I said lots of prayers for all my fellow June 21 surgery buddies before going under. I am doing great, no complaints! Look forward to comparing notes! Be good to yourself!

Denise went home from the hospital on Sunday, 6/24/01. She is just doing great. I understand that she stopped and did some grocery shopping on the way home. She is just taking it easy at home, drinking her liquids and eating a little food. She says she has no concentration at all so we are suggesting that she sit back and watch some movies where she doesn't have to pay to close attention. She sounds fantastic and says that the surgery wasn't as bad as she had thought (or built it up to be).

Hey Denise: bags aren't quite packed yet, but I think I'm ready to go. Hope so... I'll be thinking of you tonight and tomorrow and look forward to comparing notes with you after surgery. Good luck!!

Hey Denise! I am so HAPPY for you that your day is finally here!! You are going to do so well. Thank you so much for your friendship and all of your encouraging words!! You and everyone else got me through the toughest times when my family was not here. Rey and Maria are finally here, THANK GOD!! I Pray that you have a Godspeed recovery.....see you on the other side....LOVE and CIAO :)
