Hi everyone, I'm over 23 months out and approaching my 2 year anniversary. I've lost 140 lbs and I feel great. I would like to lose 10 more pounds and would definately be happy. I'm happy now (which may be the reason it's hard to lose the last 10 pounds! LOL). I have a tummy tuck and some lipo scheduled for December 12th of this year (2001). I'd like to be down as far as I can be by then. I don't absolutely require it but I could use it and I'm still young so I'll enjoy myself better if I feel good about myself. This will be the last summer I have to wear shorts over my bathingsuit bottoms. I'm still very active with my support groups and they have made all the difference to me. I have many strong friendships because of them.

Hi everyone, I'm still doing great. I've lost 136 lbs and I weigh in at 182 lbs. I feel great and I look pretty darn good also (if I do say so myself). I'm in good health and able to do all sorts of fun things with my kids. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself. I encourage everyone who is thinking about having this surgery or who has had it to get involved with a support group (either on-line or in your area). It is a proven fact that patients that are active in a support group will stick with the program and have great long-term success. It's worth it.
