tgday
I have always battled with my weight. I entered the US Army at age 18 at 265 lbs. By the time I finished Basic Training I was 195 lbs. I felt great. I could run forever, work all day, stay out until 2 in the morning and be up at 5 to do it all over again. I ended up back around 220 to 225 and I felt great. I had energy, strength and stamina. After a couple of years I was exposed to some chemicals that messed up my lungs. I got out of the army and started packing on the weight. In less than three months I ballooned up to 295 lbs.. This started a spiral with my health that just went lower and lower.
