I had surgery on Dec 18th. Beginning weight was 274. Today is February 22 and I am down to 236 which is 38 pounds lost. I am seeing a dietitian and she wants me to have 60-80 grams of protein, 60 grams of carbs, and 25 grams of fat. I am keeping a food journal and that seems to be going well. I have found 2 websites that are helpful, one is calorie.king.com, and the other is daily plate.com. These sites have just about every food you can think of. Seems my weight loss has slowed somewhat. I am trying to walk and taking the stairs at work. Wish me luck.
