What can I say...? I ' m a lover of food. 286lbs is the heaviest I ' ve ever been, no kidding it feels like I ' ve lost and gained thousands of pounds. I put the "Yo" in yo-yo dieting. I could go on forever about what makes me gain weight and what empowers me to lose, the bottom line is I have an eating disorder. 

I ' m 35 years old and my first and last child is 20 months old; his name is Ryder. I have two step children that live with us 11yr. old Tre and 7 yr. old Raena; yes my days are busy from the time I wake up until the time I lay it on down. But by no means do I feel my children contribute to my weight issue. I have lived my life to the fullest and I have no problem putting them first. Now I will admit it ' s a BIG change going from a fancy free single gal to married with three children in a blink of an eye. But with some basic ground rules, allot of love and a military schedule (just kidding) we ' re doing well.

My husband is one of a kind and despite all the awful feelings I feel about myself due to my weight he tells me he loves me just the way I am. Now I compare this to an overweight friend I have; I love her to death and honestly I couldn ' t see her any other way<- that must be how he feels. Regardless, I love him and thank him for not making me feel less than. I do enough of that ALL on my own.

So now I embark on this journey to a healthier me, I have my family and friends to support me... Here WE go!!!
