Tena
Ok, Here's my story, an Im stickin to it.
I am filling in all my info. four and a half yr's after surgery. I guess I am lazy
I had the GBS March of 2003. I lost 100 #. I am struggling to keep from gaining. I have gained back 15 #. So that isn't to bad. I still need to lose more. I am very happy that I had the surgery, I still have my small pouch, as MY tool. I am off some of my meds., I get around much better, and look better. I can fit in chairs, climb up a slide and slide down. YEAH!!
Couldn't do that before.
I have came back to this site because I need some help, I need encouragement. I thought maybe if I wrote some things about myself I could recieve more help. I am alone in the evenings, that is when I want to eat. I am a choco-holic., and sweet-a-holic.
I had a total hip replacement almost five months ago. The hip surgeon is insisting that I get down to 200 #, so my weight wont be so heavy on my new hip.
I would appricate your encouragements, as I would also do for each of you when I can.
I will post more another time. Thank you for taking the time to read about me.
